Police have released a video of a suspect who committed an armed robbery at a store in Cambridge.
Officers from the Waterloo Regional Police Service were called out just before 7:00 p.m. on Jan. 8 to a store around Elgin Street North and Linnwood Avenue, just north of Dundas Street North.
Police said the suspect brandished a knife at an employee and made off with stolen cash and merchandise.
No one was hurt, and police said the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot down Linnwood Avenue.
Officers would like everyone who lives on Linnwood, Hilltop and Alison avenues to check their home security cameras for video from that evening that might help in the investigation.
