A slew of new charges have been laid against a Cambridge man who was arrested in what police call an international child exploitation case.
Justin Garzon was arrested back on Aug. 20, 2025, and the Waterloo Regional Police Service now says more victims have come forward since then.
Police said the new charges against Garzon are one count each of:
- Luring a child
- Sexual interference
- Sexual assault cause bodily harm
- Make sexually explicit material available to a child
- Agree and/or arrange to commit a sexual offence against a child
- Make child sexual abuse and exploitation material
- Possess child sexual abuse and exploitation material
- Make available child sexual abuse and exploitation material
Police tell 570 NewsRadio, while they will not be releasing specifics on how many new victims have come forward, they believe there may still be more within Waterloo Region and in the surrounding areas.
When Garzon was arrested last summer, he was 36 years old and was charged with 20 counts of those and similar charges.
Between then and now, another six charges were laid against him, including assault causing bodily harm (strangulation), and uttering threats to cause death.
Police alleged Garzon had been using several aliases on various social media platforms to contact children, including:
- Justin Alexander Garzon
- Ziggy
- Xavier Kain
- GatsbyASMR and GatsbyNSFW
- (TikTok) Egsneakyboi
- (Kik) AlexMrDaddy, AlexDadDepraved, DaughtLove, famlover5, incstlvr5, and Johnnymiracle
- (Snapchat) Dad748392
Police want to hear from anyone who may have been contacted by those usernames, or who knows anything about Garzon and his alleged crimes.
