Otis and Ophelia off to Elora for the winter

You might not know their names, but if you frequent Victoria Park in Kitchener, you’ve likely seen Otis and Ophelia.

The swans have made Victoria Park their summer home for years. Otis was already living at the park when he was introduced to Ophelia in 2019.

When the temperature starts to drop, the couple is moved to their winter home in Elora.

The City of Kitchener says not to worry, the swans will be back next year.
