Man arrested after indecent act at Waterloo sports complex

One man is facing charges following an alleged indecent act at a local sports complex.

On Friday, October 24, police responded to the Waterloo Recreation Complex on Father David Bauer Drive after receiving a report of an indecent act.

When officers arrived, they placed a 34-year-old man under arrest.

That man is now facing charges of one count of Indecent Act in a Public Place and one count of Assault of a Peace Officer.

The suspect was held for a bail hearing.
