Collision involving motorcycle in Waterloo under investigation

The Traffic Services Unit with Waterloo Regional Police Service are investigating a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.
On Oct. 11, around 9:10 p.m., emergency services responded to the area of King Street North and Columbia Street after receiving reports of a crash involving a Honda sedan and a motorcycle.
Roads in the area were closed for several hours, but have since reopened.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 27-year-old man, was taken to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the van, a 51-year-old man, did not have any physical injuries.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
