Kitchener Rangers looking to bounce back against Greyhounds

The Kitchener Rangers are looking to bounce back after a tough loss on Wednesday night with a game up in The Soo on Friday.

The Blueshirts fell 3-0 against the Flint Firebirds in the first game of their extended road trip, failing to score for the first time this season.

Friday’s tilt presents a completely different kind of challenge, up against one of the league’s best offences, led by 18-year-old Ayr native Jordan Charron.

The Pittsburgh Penguins prospect has already put up 12 points in just 8 games this season, and sits second in scoring in the OHL.

After Friday, the Rangers head back down to Michigan for a game against the Saginaw Spirit on Saturday.

You can hear all the action on 570 NewsRadio with Mike Farwell and Josh Piercey starting at 6:30 p.m.
