Micro-cinema in Cambridge opens with first screening Friday

Calling itself the world’s second smallest movie theatre with just 12 seats, The Little Prince Micro-Cinema & Lounge is set to finally open in the Gaslight District of Cambridge.

The smallest world-wide cinema is The Little Prince Micro-Cinema’s original location in Stratford.

A social media post on the cinema’s Facebook page read, “After a very long, long wait, we are excited to announce that our second location in Cambridge’s Gaslight District will finally be opening on June 5!”

The first screening gets underway on Friday night, featuring the classic film Gaslight.

You can check it out for free.

Private screenings for the Galt-area theatre can also be booked as of Thursday.
