Safe containing firearms stolen from Woolwich home: WRPS

Police are investigating after a safe containing several firearms was stolen from a home in Woolwich Township.

The residential break-in happened sometime between May 16 and May 19.

A residence in the Kraft Drive area was targeted and an unknown number of suspects were involved.

The Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) continues to investigate.

Anyone living in the area who has security cameras installed is asked to review the footage between May 16 and May 19 for any suspicious activity.

The safe is described as being black with gold accents and features a turn-dial lock.
