Suspect wanted after armed robbery at Kitchener convenience store

A suspect is wanted after an armed robbery at a Kitchener convenience store.

According to Waterloo regional police, an unknown individual armed with a firearm entered a store and stole cash before fleeing.

The incident was reported around 3:45 a.m. on Feb. 19 in the Westmount Road and Westwood Drive area.

No one was hurt in the robbery.

Police have released surveillances images of a person they are trying to identify as their investigation continues.
