Home invasion in Kitchener believed to be targeted

A home invasion in Kitchener is believed to be targeted.

Waterloo Regional Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly forced his way into a residence in the Stanley Park area.

The incident happened around 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 14.

The male suspect reportedly had a firearm and was looking for a specific individual. He left the home before police arrived to the scene.

Nothing was stolen from the residence and no one was hurt.

The male suspect is described as being white, 6’2”, and was wearing black clothing.

The police investigation remains ongoing.
