Four suspects on the loose after early morning Kitchener robbery

One victim was injured and four suspects are on the loose: That’s how Waterloo Regional Police describe a 1:00 a.m. person-on-person robbery in Kitchener.

Officials say it happened Tuesday morning around Kingsway Drive and Greenfield Avenue, behind Fairview Park Mall.

A 55-year-old Kitchener man was allegedly assaulted by four suspects, who took his money and fled. The man suffered non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to a local hospital.

The only description of the supsects from police is that they were all South Asian, all male, and between 25-30 years old.
