Two indecent acts in Sault Park lead to charges for Cambridge teen

Charges have been laid against a Cambridge teen in connection with two indecent acts in Sault Park.

On Tuesday night, Waterloo Regional Police were called after a male allegedly exposed himself in the Cambridge park.

On Thursday afternoon, police received a similar call and launched an extensive search in the Pratt Place and Melran Drive neighbourhood, which included bringing in the canine unit.

Investigators then identified a suspect and on Friday, a 17-year-old male from Cambridge was arrested.

He has been charged with two counts of indecent act, two counts of indecent exposure, and criminal harassment.
