Waterloo man charged in connection to Fergus sexual assault, OPP investigating

A 47-year-old Waterloo man has been charged in connection to a sexual assault that took place at a business in Fergus in April.

According to Ontario Provincial Police, it happened at 5:45 p.m. on April 30 at a retail store on St. David St. in Fergus. An at-the-time unknown man sexually assaulted a woman.

Jeffery Cazabon, a 47-year-old from Waterloo, has been charged with sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court on Aug. 6.
