It’s Father’s Day, and there’s plenty to do around Waterloo Region to celebrate all the best dads out there.
You can get out for a special brunch with Dad this morning at Charcoal Steak House, the Cambridge Mill, or Lancaster Smokehouse. All three local establishments are hosting Father’s Day brunches.
Head out for a walk with Dad outdoors at Laurel Creek Conservation Area, or bring the clubs along and head to Rebel Creek Golf Club for a round.
There will also be a Father’s Day hike at Huron Natural Area, or if you’d rather be out on the water, you can head out on a canoe trip on the Grand River.
Fishing across Ontario is free on Sunday, meaning you won’t have to have a license or carry an outdoor card, but you will have to have a government-issued I.D. with your surname.
You can also head to Bad Axe Throwing to bond over some primitive enjoyment at their Father’s Day event.
