Canada wide warrant out for man known to spend time in Cambridge

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is looking for a man who is known to spend time in Cambridge.
Colin Palmer is wanted on a Canada wide warrant as he breached his day parole.
He’s serving a nearly three year sentence for two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
Palmer is 46-years-old and is described as a white man, 5-foot-9, 180 lbs, with light brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos including a fighting leprechaun skeleton on the back of his neck, and a bird on his left upper arm.
Palmer is known to spend time in Hamilton and Six Nations Reserve as well as Cambridge.
