Fog advisory lifted for Waterloo Region

Environment Canada has lifted a fog advisory for Waterloo Region. The advisory ended on Thursday morning at 8 a.m.

The weather agency said that patchy fog was impacting visibility on Thursday morning. Visibility was expected to improve in the morning, but fog patches may continue into Thursday afternoon.

Travel could be hazardous in some areas because of reduced visibility.

If visibility is reduced on the roads, Environment Canada recommends that you slow down, watch for tail lights ahead, and be prepared to stop.
