Kitchener man facing charges after allegedly driving at someone

Wellington County OPP have charged a 43-year-old man from Kitchener with numerous charges after an incident in Fergus.
On July 26, police responded to a parking lot on Tower Street South after receiving a complaint that the man had driven at someone.
Timothy Stauffer was driving an orange sedan.
He is now facing charges that include assaulting a peace officer, operation while impaired and refusing to comply with demand.
Stauffer is scheduled to appear in court in Guelph on Sept. 22.
