Waterloo Regional Police have arrested five individuals in connection with a robbery at a Kitchener business – two of whom were wanted in other jurisdictions.
It was on Wednesday around 11 a.m. when five men in a stolen vehicle attended a business in the Huron Road and Trussler Road area.
It’s alleged those men stole roughly $4,000 in tools before heading toward the stolen vehicle, followed by several employees.
One of those employees was nearly struck by the fleeing vehicle, which then struck a nearby tractor parked on the property.
