Driver charged after collision between LRT train, transport truck
A driver was charged following an investigation into a Kitchener collision near Courtland Avenue East and Ottawa Street South.
On Friday at 2:15 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle collision between an LRT train and a commercial vehicle.
Through investigation, police determined that a driver of a transport truck made a right-hand turn into the path of an LRT train.

The transport truck driver, a 27-year-old Brampton man, was charged with Turn Not in Safety.
There were no physical injuries reported.
