You'll soon be able to grab a bite to eat and a latte, while you're checking out a book from the Kitchener Public Library.
The Kitchener Public Library (KPL) has announced its partnering with Cafe Pyrus.
Cafe Pyrus' main business is located downtown Kitchener on King Street and it also has an 'Outpost' shop operating in Waterloo. There will soon be a third location at the KPL's central branch on Queen Street.
“Similar to our Outpost menu, we will focus on incredible drinks, fresh baked goods, take-away snacks, and the friendly service you've come to expect from us,” said the owner of Cafe Pyrus, Tyzun James, in a release.
It's expected the new café will be up and running in the library's Reading Lounge as of September 6.
