The accused, a 30-year-old Victoria, BC male, was charged with the following offences:

The male was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
The Waterloo Regional Police Service would like to thank the Ontario Provincial Police, Victoria Police Department, and the Correctional Service of Canada for their assistance in this investigation.
