Kitchener man re-arrested, charged with several child pornography offences
Waterloo regional police have re-arrested and charged a Kitchener man, as a result of an ongoing child pornography investigation that has ties to the United States.
The investigation started in May 2021, and the 31-year-old was initially arrested in June 2021, and charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Making Available Child Pornography.
Upon further investigation, it was determined the man had been communicating, via social media, with a Missouri man, who was recording videos of himself sexually assaulting unknown children.
