Waterloo Region has another lottery winner

James Van Norman of Cambridge has won $100,000 on ENCORE.

He matched the last six of seven numbers in the LOTTO 6/49 draw on July 27.

Van Norman bought the winning ticket at Glen’s Variety Store & Gas Bar on St Andrews Street in Cambridge.
