Two arrested in carjacking case, police looking for third suspect

Two arrests have been made in connection to several carjacking incidents in the Region of Peel, Halton and Waterloo.

Waterloo Regional Police assisted Peel Regional Police with the investigation which had three separate warrants issued in Waterloo and Cambridge. 

Those arrested include 19-year-old Irshad Sabriye and 18-year-old Ban Both, both from Kitchener. 

Both men face numerous firearms related charges including Robbery with a Firearm.

Police say six violent carjacking incidents took place between Saturday May 5, 2018 and Thursday May 10, 2018.

Police are still looking for a 19-year-old from Cambridge in connection to the case.

Chery Pierre is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
