Four suspects break into townhouses in Waterloo, take off with electronics

Police are looking for a handful of suspects after a series of break and enters at a townhouse complex in Waterloo.
They say it happened on Balsam Street just before 1 a.m. Friday.
Four men in a silver vehicle pulled up, and entered numerous units.
Items including electronics were stolen – and a group of residents ultimately confronted the thieves.
No one was injured, but all four suspects got away.
