Pizza delivery driver robbed in Kitchener, K9 unit called in

Regional Police called in a canine unit to help track down suspects, after a pizza delivery driver was robbed in Kitchener.

They say it happened just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the Chandler and Elmsdale Drive area.

Three men wearing ski masks approached the driver, and demanded they hand over cash.

One of the men was armed with a handgun, while another brandished a knife. No one was injured in the incident, and all three suspects took off on foot.

Police used a K9 Unit to help with the search, but it was unsuccessful, and unable to track the men down.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
