Jets return Stanley to Rangers

Waterloo native Logan Stanley is being returned to the OHL.

The Winnipeg Jets, who drafted Stanley in the first round in 2016, issued a news release today saying that the defenceman was being returned from their NHL camp.

Stanley was acquired by the Kitchener Rangers in an off-season trade with the Memorial Cup champion Windsor Spitfires.

Stanley is expected to suit up for Kitchener when they face the Spitfires Thursday night in Windsor.
