Charges pending in serious Kitchener crash

Police say charges will be laid in a head-on crash in Kitchener Thursday night, but investigators are still hoping more witnesses will come forward.
Regional Police say two vehicles collided on Riverbend Road, between Lancaster Street and Guelph Street, when one of the drivers allowed his car to drift across the centre line.
That driver is a Kitchener man in his 20’s.
He, and two people from Guelph in the other vehicle, were all taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say both vehicles were heavily damaged.
The investigation continues.
