Parents intervene after man caught touching himself at local park

A Kitchener man faces charges following a disturbing incident at a city park.

Regional Police say the 36-year-old is charged with committing an indecent act.

He is accused of exposing and touching himself last evening at a park on Homer Watson Boulevard.

Roughly 150 people were there, including kids playing soccer.

Police say some parents grabbed the man and held him until police arrived.
