Stage Two of the ION to be unveiled Friday

A report on Stage two of the LRT project will be unveiled Friday ahead of it being brought before Regional Council on Tuesday.

The report, summarizing feedback received during recent public consultations, will be available on the Region’s website starting at 4 p.m.

The study of Stage Two which will connect the LRT from Kitchener to Cambridge, began two years ago, and no decision has been made about the next phase of the project.

More public consultations are planned for early next year.
