Three Laurier Golden Hawks are being recognized for their efforts on the field this past weekend.

Eric Guiltinan was named OUA Football Player of the Week on Offence. The fifth year running back had 23 carries for 200 yards in Laurier’s 17-16 win over Carleton on Saturday.

The award on defence went to Scott Hutter. He recorded 4.5 tackles and a fumble recovery in the win.

Meantime, soccer player Tierney Dunham was named OUA Female Athlete of the Week.

The midfielder had both of Laurier’s goals in draws against Windsor and Western.
