Police look for suspects after attempted robbery in Waterloo

Regional Police are looking for two suspects that tried to rob a woman at knifepoint in Waterloo.
Police say the woman was walking in the Hickory and Hazel area around 1 a.m. this morning when two men approached her and asked to use her cellphone. When the woman said no, one of the men pulled out a knife and asked for all of her belongings.
The woman was able to scare off the suspects before they could take her things.
Police say both suspects are described as black males in their early 20’s with average builds. One was bald/had a shaved head, and was wearing a red t-shirt with black shorts– the other was wearing black pants with a white hooded shirt.
