MacInnis and Van Ryn up for OHL awards

The Ontario Hockey League today announced the finalists for seven of the league’s major awards on Wednesday.
Kitchener Rangers Captain Ryan MacInnis is the team’s nominee for the Red Tilson Trophy (Most Outstanding Player of the Year).
Rangers Head Coach Mike Van Ryn is nominated for the Matt Leyden Trophy (Coach of the Year).
Award recipients will be announced throughout the OHL Playoffs, but an official awards ceremony will take place Tuesday, June 7th at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
