Man arrested after weapons call in Waterloo

A Waterloo man faces several charges after Waterloo Regional Police responded to a weapons call in north Waterloo.

Police say they were called to a residence just after 5:30pm on Wednesday.

Police say no one was hurt, but a 45-year-old man was arrested.

Charges include assault with a weapon and assaulting a police officer.
