The Kitchener-Conestoga Rotary Club says it’s your chance to own a dream home.
The 2015 Dream Home lottery is now underway.
The official ribbon cutting of the home located at 781 Sundrops Court in Waterloo (Vista Hills) happened Thursday night.
Lottery Co-Chair Paul Sweeny tells 570 News the Grand River Hospital Foundation, St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre will benefit from the proceeds of ticket sales this year.
Sweeny says the cutoff for purchasing tickets is November 29th. The draw will take place on December 14th.
Description of the home:
“With it’s classic transitional style, this million dollar home has lots of appeal. A stunning stone facade with black accents and wrought iron detailing on the mahogany stained front door, will welcome you home through our European inspired landscaping. The interior’s decor and furnishings incorporate both contemporary and traditional styles with a mix of characteristics in each and every room.”
