The Tech Leadership conference is this Thursday at Bingemans – and we’ll be broadcasting live from there between 10-2. It’s the largest annual all-day gathering of tech decision makers – and is all about creating market expectations and establishing Waterloo Region as the best place on the planet for tech companies to start, grow and succeed. Communitech’s Chris Plunkett joins us now in studio to tell us what this event is all about.

Trustpoint specializes on the security of the Internet of Things and Machine to Machine communications and has been responsible for the security systems underlying technology from dozens of global companies, including BlackBerry, the NSA, General Dynamics, Unisys, Motorola, Texas Instruments, Pitney Bowes, Oracle and Verizon. Trustpoint is particularly focused on communications between Vehicles and is part of a partnership with General Motors and Ford to improve traffic safety.
