1:30 Everest Protest update
Miriam Gold, two months away from completing a diploma in medical office administration, Kitchener Everest campus
Another protest on behalf of students and staff, locked out of Kitchener’s Everest College. We spoke with Miriam & Kirsten last week, women just two months away from completing a diploma in medical office administration. Students have a meeting with city officials on March 6th and say a buyer has stepped up…now, all they need is the ministry to lift the suspension so the school can be bought and they can go back to class. A rally is also set in Toronto at Queen’s Park – with 450 people signed up to attend.
