Another extreme cold warning for Waterloo Region

We are back in the deep freeze.

Waterloo Region and most of southern Ontario is under an extreme cold warning.

Environment Canada warns a combination of bitterly cold temperatures and winds will make it feel like -30 or even colder at times today.
