At yesterday’s finance committee meeting, some food truck operators spoke out – saying they were looking to find ways to move forward from some outdated laws there were in place for ice cream trucks and canteens. A survey of downtown (Kitchener) businesses found that most (65 percent) were in favour of food trucks and most say it could enhance one’s experience downtown.
