Brick Brewing making move from Waterloo to Kitchener

Brick Brewing began its’ first phase of moving from Waterloo to Kitchener today.

Chief Operating Officer with the brewing company, Russell Tabata tells 570 News that eight tanks were moved today.

“Each tank is about 400 hL and to put that into real terms, 400 hL of beer is about 5000 24-packs of beer.”

The tanks were emptied during their transport.

The next set will be moved this coming March.

Tabata says that they are doing this ahead of the summer months to ensure they are operational when the season hits.

In the meantime, there will be no interruption to supply at the Waterloo location.
