Western University Gazette Apologizes for controversial issue

An apology from Western University’s editorial board in London.
They have pulled their frosh issue from campus, after receiving complaints about what it admits, “appeared to promote excessive drinking, drug use and sexual advances on teaching assistants.”
It says it showed a “lack of judgement” and has promised to remove the offending article from its website, and it will not be distributing the paper copy next week.
It says the idea was to “put out an entertaining issue for first-year students and Western as a whole”, but that backfired.
