GRCA warning all to show extra caution around Grand River today

All the rain we got Sunday night has prompted the Grand River Conservation Authority to warn river users that they need to show extra caution when out on the water today due to higher flows.

25-100 mm of rain fell throughout the Grand River watershed.

River flows downstream of the urban areas, including the Grand River from Cambridge to Paris, have increased rapidly and are expected to stay high for the next few days.

Tubing in the Elora Gorge Park is closed today.
