Protestors stop work at Line 9 pipeline corridor in North Dumfries

Some protesters have stopped work along the Line 9 pipeline corridor in North Dumfries Township.
Enbridge crews have been doing something called and integrity dig there throughout the week.
Today’s record reports some 30 protestors showed up near Highway 24 Thursday morning saying that they are concerned over the protection of the land and water.
The group says Enbridge didn’t properly consult with Six Nations.
Workers and some equipment did end up leaving and Waterloo Regional Police officers were on hand to keep an eye on things.
