Ontario minimum wage is now $11.00 an hour

Minimum wage in Ontario is going up an extra 75 cents per hour starting today.

That brings the wage, for most workers, to $11.00 an hour.

However, not everyone will receive that much. Students under 18 will get another 70 cents for a total of $10.30 per hour.

Liquor servers will make $9.55 minimum wage.
