Fire at historic Guelph building under investigation

A fire Tuesday morning at historic Manor Park is under investigation.
The stone building was built in 1857 for Arthur Wells, and has since become a condominium-like complex.
Guelph Police Service’s Public Information Officer Mike Gatto says the fire broke out at 6:02 AM, and found the main building was on fire.
All occupants were safely evacuated, and city buses were brought in to house residents while firefighters dealt with the fire.
No cause or damage estimate has been released yet.
