1:00pm- Do you feel taking a breathalyzer before prom is an invasion of privacy?

Students at Northern Secondary School have one more test to pass before they can attend their senior prom this year: a breathalyzer. For the first time at the Toronto school, students will be forced to used the device before being allowed into the May 29 party. Those who fail the test will not be allowed to enter and their parents will be called to pick them up.

Brooke Birmingham, 28, has been recording her weight loss journey on Facebook via her page Brooke: Not On A Diet. It took her more than four years to lose the weight she wanted and her achievement caught the attention of Shape magazine who wanted to do a story on her. But after she sent them an ‘after’ shot of her in a bikini with noticeably saggy skin she was told to submit another picture with clothes on. Birmingham was told it was editorial policy.
