Guelph murder victim identified

Guelph Police have identified a man found dead inside an Elizabeth Street residence
on Friday.

The victim is 42 year old Joseph Brillinger. Police also say Brillinger did not live at the home.

Police say he died following a fight with another individual who was known to him.

29 year old Michael Clayton is charged with second-degree murder and breach of probation. He has been remanded in custody and is due in court again on April 29th.
