Winter refuses to let spring in

We are just over a week away until the first day of spring, but it won’t feel very spring-like today.
A special weather statement remains in effect for Waterloo Region and area warning of 10 centimetres of snow, brisk winds and plunging temperatures.
The system is pushing into southern Ontario this morning and will make for a messy drive throughout the day.
570 News Weather Specialist, John Wilson says the snow should end around 7pm. He also says there’s the possibility we will get 15-cm by the time it is done falling.
