Mother’s Pizza opening a new location

After a long hiatus, the iconic ‘Mother’s Pizza’ is re-opening its’ second location right here in Waterloo Region. In its heyday, the chain had over 120 locations in Canada, the US and the UK.
Brian Alger is the new co-owner of Mother’s Pizza, he says they plan to stay true to their roots. Alger also says customers can expect to see the checkered table cloths, large glass mugs and silent movies playing in the background, as well as antiques, Tiffany lamps and pizzas on pedestals. The restaraunt is set to open next spring in Kitchener at King and Sportsworld.
