Award winning Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has been found dead.

The 46-year-old was found dead today at his apartment in the west village neighbourhood of Manhattan. Details surrounding his death are still unclear. Reports are saying the office of the chief medical examiner is determining the exact cause of death, and the New York Police department are also investigating.
